Issues with AI building priorities
I've noticed the AI having weird behaviours with constructing buildings.

They almost never build villages.
They spam estate buildings into just a few provinces.
They improve RGOs for certain locations overkill compared to other locations with the same resources. Instead of mixing between two of the same RGOs in two locations they only focus on single location.
[I've mentioned this before] There is no way for the AI to improve or build Gallowglass Septs.
The AI will sit on tons of money and typically only improve their urban locations.
The AI doesn't check available populations, it would be helpful if they considered available populations before building; maybe an option to encourage your estates to build certain buildings like food or Masons.
Buildings like Rural Smelters, Windmills, and Sawmills should be higher priority for staffing as they offer bigger bonuses than other buildings/RGOs.

Are they able to attack overseas yet?

Nope; not really. I noticed a button I think is new: "transport allied armies" but I have yet to test it out. If it works, I might have to ferry around my allies; I don't think they'll fulfill transport orders automatically.

Before I had issues mustering 17 fleet levies; now I have 130 ships. All of them are galleys, no "merchant cogs" like fleet levies are supposed to simulate.

When you have the money, you have to build a Mediterranean Galley. You can cancel it as many times as you want but the AI *will* build the ship.

It's not new. If you expect this button to finally make Brits leave the islands and beat up France you will be disapointed.

Well right now I have a much smaller target: me (Mann, including half of Ireland and Scotland and the rest as vassals) and England an ally who is a juggernaut.

Going up against Frisia and a few other smalls: we have 4x the army. Can we get across the channel?

Doubt it. Nowhere else for me to expand though.

PS: its sad because the 100 Years War is like the flagship intro to the campaign and the fact its so broken sucks.
Update!

Allied armies won't board my fleet.

I saw a new fleet levy; 4/145 ships are fishing boats.

There are objectives, but none of them have anything to do with transporting armies.

Sometimes fleets and armies will disappear while moving.
