Ottomans pulled into other markets shortly after game start 1.4.4

I've noticed this a few times in a few games I played. Today I started playing the ottomans, 3 different games now, and by 1341 it gets pulled into either Bulgarias market, or Trapezuntines market. It causes a heavy debt spiral even with puppets.

Any reason why this is happening?

because the roman empire embargo us you must declare war if you do that you became again konstantinople market but when the peace is over romans will you embargo again so the peace is over attack them until conquer the konstantinople

None of those games did they embargo me, I checked.
