Repairing Other Ships.
Have a Module that allows for repairing when not at a city.

There should be a Module that allows for maintance/ repairs of other allied ships when not at a city and it should allow you to repair where ever your fleets are. It can only be mounted on Airships and Landships and requires you to carry alot of Workshops. But why carry alot of workshops when there should be a WAREHOUSE module that carries a metric ton of repair materials. That way when a ship is missing half of itself it can be repaired on the field, but it will consume repair material from the fleet and will cost more to do the field repairs.

doing so would require a introduction of more mecanics...

zark was planning to change how resources on ships a little but this would require you have some kind of distrubution network in the game and you would have to manage this too... or just have cost time and money but having a mobile city is not something that was planed...

It wouldn't be a mobile city, just having the ability to repair ships where they were would be nice.

it would also be nice to be able to transfer coal and ammunition to other ships as well

Yeah, basically the reason this doesn't exist is that it would produce a lot of micro and/or a lot of very clever behaviour logic to make it work in all kinds of edge cases.
