Arcane Traistones
Is it possible to get Arcane level traitstones to drop in Treasure Hunt minigame?

Yes you can get Arcanes in Treasure Hunt - it even shows you an Arcane Plains Traitstone in the image next to "you get a traitstone every 15 moves" info box in the bottom right of the mini game screen.

But also yes they are pretty rare here because this is very old content that has never been updated, new explore is better, and doing things that get chaos orbs which turn into orb of wisdom tends to be the most important way of getting traits filled out, with the obvious way being farming quick/easy explore fights during vault weekends and getting gnome vault keys being the main route.
