Empty main menu at launch

I tried buying that game for nostalgia, when i launched it, i have the 3 animations that works well, and then the menu, with metal things on all sides and a blue empty thing on the middle, i assume its where the buttons are, and i still can click them even if they're invisible, i managed to launch the game by clicking randomly, but i was unable to create a character and when i play, i can't access the Esc menu, meaning i have no access to settings at all, i tried some of the solutions from the community and nothing worked.

So, it's displaying the game in the wrong resolution for your screen. That's why buttons are out of place--hence not being able to click on them. You'll need to edit the ini file for the game and change the resolution to match your desktop size. You also might need to adjust overscan settings in your gpu control panel. See the guides section for the guides regarding these things.
