While i'm interested in the game & will buy, i'm not interested to buy game on D1 since the raise of price, bug fest on D1 and incomming DLC before the game is out ! usually i buy my game when there is a sale, first DLC is out & the game is patched, i just have buy Total war britannia and rome 2 remaster :D

there is nothing wrong with waiting for a sale. noone is obligated to buy the game :)
I wouldn't have known about it being available if my friend didn't tell me. So I imagine most people just don't know it yet if they don't regularly engage with Steam friends.

That said several of my Steam friends have pre-ordered. So it's probably going to work it's way through bubbles of people telling each other as word eventually trickles out to more and more people.

And people should pre-order as this game has the best pre-order bonus I've seen in any game to date. An entire expansion! (Edit: I just read the pre-order bonus is BOTH an expansion and a bonus quest too.:steamhappy:)

Yah that's a great pre-order bonus.

Of course you're right. There are many people who refuse to pre-order and there is certainly nothing wrong with that. And arguably it's a good thing as it incentives developers to makes sure they have good launches. Although this one does have a great pre-order bonus as does KCD 2 IMO.

That's great but this game takes place in Japan. :P

But if i wait the sale, it's like get the expansion for free, but i have a bug free game too ! And less frustration since i don't need to wait the expansion !

Hype not work much on my anymore, my wallet & peace in mind have more value to me :D

I don't usually pre-order either. Usually I am pretty savy person and wait even for bigger games to drop in prices to at least 40€. Sometimes I buy it in the first week for the full price if I see it's really good.

Shadows is kinda exception to me, that game looks really good combining some older AC mechanics with new ones and Naoe's stealth looks really great too. The pre-order here is worth it with that pre-order bonus, I would probably buy it the first week anyway.

tbh, most expansion dlcs are underwhelming in games anyways. stick with your gut, if you want to wait until you know for sure you want it, you should follow your instinct.

True, but probably a good 80% being overpriced and/or being underwhelming, not counting the new bugs :D

If all game was making no DLC first 6 month, game get out with no bugs & the regional pricing was better, i would buy day one, because gaming is only a hobbys, i won't pay a 40% of the minimum salary of my country, even i get more than the minimum, it's only on the principle !

Yea, I got it, it's up to you. Definitely get the POV of not wanting to invest such money into games that might have bugs and so on. If you are not super really interested and excited, nothing stops you to wait for some sale and for things to settle down.

Even though Ubi took those delays to polish the game and to debug the game. So I believe it will be noticeable (even though I expect day 0 patch as with every big game, there is always something that slips through, always...).
