I just pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition and I am so excited!

This is so great finally getting Assassin's Creed games on Steam on day one!

Me too! I was watching some of the live streams that are happening, and I can say that I really liked what I saw. I don't give a damn about what people say about this game, I'm going to play it myself and make sure the investment is worth it!

Can't blame you for that. It's not a "must have" as it's ultimately just cosmetics. Sometimes I skip the deluxe versions for games when it's just cosmetics but I'm so excited for AC Shadows so I sprung for the Deluxe one here.

I suspect they will have less microtransactions than they have in the past as Ubisoft is making changes to be more gamer-friendly. Not saying they won't have it but I suspect there will be less than before. We can see they have less tiers of the game and they don't go as high in price as they used to so I think the microtransactions will also be different in Shadows. At least toned down in some way.

As for the monkey king, I'm not familiar with him. Who is that?

He is just trying to subtly troll for jesters :) He points to Yasuke, because he is black... That's why he mentioned monkey king... :)

Ah, I see. Racism is disgusting. Often it is based in ignorance but I cannot wrap my head around what a person gets out of overt hate. These kind of people are alien to me.
