If you're struggling to get this make sure you are re-trying the dungeon via the world map and NOT with the quick retry ("Try Again") option after fleeing. I had technically cleared the dungeon correctly multiple times but only got the actual achievement after doing it this way. I hope this helps others....

It's currently bugged out and can't be achieved even though I killed the boss and not the other monsters

The controls are all messed up, and trying to rebind does not help at all. Just fyi, if anyone is wanting to buy this to play on the steamdeck.
