I don't really understand what you're asking for here, but on the off chance this is helpful you can lock prayers in the shop and they'll remain there until either unlocked or bought, with only the unlocked slots changing between waves or when refreshing

Could they mean effectively being able to start with a prayer? Similar to to choosing your starting weapon?
