I will look into this. Someone on Discord is also having this problem, which is weird because the Weapon Perk Codex hasn't been changed since launch. Sorry for the problem. I'll let you know when I find out what's causing it.

Ok, I found the problem, it was broken during UI optimization and refactoring.
It will be fixed in the next update, sorry for the issue.

You can switch the game to public-test branch in the game settings -> game versions & betas. Take a note that this build hasn't been fully tested yet. You can just wait for official update in few days.

I have every Achievements except the ones related to the Codex. :(

Which one are you missing? Is it Weapon codex ?

I bet you are probably missing these:
sawed off + machinegun
magnum + flare gun
twin spark + flare gun
magnum + sniper fifle
recharger + sniper rifle

I didn't even got the Tips Codex and I have finished the game on Inferno with every character. (Have +20 hours of gameplay)

I have all those. How can I know which weapons am I missing? I have 41 Weapon Codes at the moment.

Maybe you are missing weapon perk (start icon) - if this is the case, update the game and buy any upgrade with a perk.

Hi Jay any chance you could do an update in regards to codex showing x amount unlocked, that would gives us a guide on how many we are short from the achievement. at the moment I'm stumped, cant remember what's been unlocked. Cheers

Should just have them all listed and ones you haven't completed are just grey'd out.
