Banish and 1 other question about rune tower

If I banish a banner, it is gone forever or just that round? Several posts mention banish but none of them are specific about the duration.

Rune tower can be turned to a super tower. Says something about not being able to fire and it will give its power to the another rune tower. If I place a couple rune tower near each other, they both fire.
The strategy would be to place the 2nd, 3rd, etc within the main towers zone of control but without reaching the pathing track?

banish is for the game. It won't pop up again.

For the rune tower, once you get that banner, there will be a "transfer" button on the tower. You can then "link" the towers by clicking transfer and then clickin a tower in range

Ahh thank you, its a banner that does this. I had placed several together but all was attacking individually.

As far as banish goes, is there a way to undue that if I choose to try a different play style?

that being a manual feature really really needs to be stated

i just played a run with runes and had no idea that it was a thing i had to do myself, did not understand why it didn't seem to be doing what it said it did

wonder how much further i could have gone if i had used it properly a lot of wasted banners there
