There are most likely more mods that do this, but this is the one that does it as it's sole thing but if i had to guess some other medical mods do this.

You can differently grow some interesting limbs with this.

You can grow organs, not too sure about limbs, to replace stuff. The mod page has some links to the life support and crude bionics that are now standalone but were a part of the mod.

Healer mech serums will regrow limbs in vanilla. If that is the worst injury they have. Each serum will only get rid of 1 worst injury.

rbse is my go to bionic mod but yeah body purists arent a fan. And thats unfortunate that polaris is unbalanced. The skins looked really good, but im not interested in adding more weapon bloat to my game, if only it was modular!

Hmmmm i have genetic rim but would that give me like a mutant hybrid animal arm or can I actually grow a human foot for example? Questionable ethics I think is more likely to do that for a clean human. Though I wonder if it would be considered unethical to grow one? I dont see why it would unless im taking it from someone else of course. But if he was the one who took my foot to begin with....

Another mod with limb regrowth mechanics is A Rim Of Magic.

The Druid caster class can, with a *seed of regrowth*, regrow lost or amputated limbs. These limbs are considered the pawn's default, natural limb so Body Purists don't mind them.

Luciferium doesn't regrow limbs, it just heals permanent injuries.
