Report a translation problem
As in instructions, it says that you simply create a mods folder and put the things inside of it. I have done that (using a few other mods aswell with the Nexus Mod Manager) but I feel like it doesn´t look how its supposed to. It may be an issue with the Atmospheric nights mod.

You need to create a separate mods folder so it looks like this:
bin
content
dlc
mods
All of your mod files go inside the mod folder. ie, modTurboLighting, modAtmosphericNights, modAlwaysFullXp. Drag and drop is all you have to do.
