Is this game completely coop?

Hello all, Me and my friend have been playing through RE5, RE6. I know this game has co-op but is it for the entire game and the extra episodes? If so I may just pick this up for me and my friend. We are both streaming our playthrough of the games. I just want to make sure this is indeed a full co-op game like RE5 and 6. (i know its not ment to be a full action game.) I just wanted to know, mainly for the core game and the extra episodes.

single player mode only coop is for raid mode if u wish to play coop in single player it has to be local

Yes, every aspect of this game can be played co-op, including the extra episodes. Little Miss is especially easy co-op if you use voice chat instead of the in-game pointer system.

I played the game hours alone in story mode and hours with a friend in raid-mode. But there is no story coop-mode. Definitive not!

It is local co-op only on PC. There was quite the uproar about the lack of campaign co-op around release, and they finally made this:

Okay, I read the part before the japanese text. But first: This is from march 2015... and second: How will a split screen coop work on the PC? Console okay. But PC? o.O

2. So you start the game after you connected two controllers, start a level in the campaign and then you press start on the second controller what starts the split screen coop?!

No, PC version lacks the code for online campaign co-op. It is local split-screen only for campaign, but has normal online co-op for raid.

Yeah! I know the raid-mode. I completed it with a friend in the meanwhile... almost.
Normal: 100% | Hard: 100% | Very Hard: about 70%
So we played a litte. :D

But... do the developers still work on patches and stuff? How old is Revelations 2 now?
It still needs performance fixes. It stutters like hell in coop raid-mode. Sometimes in Story-Mode too. But not that hard like. (sorry for bad grammar xD)

Nope last update was this one http://steamcommunity.com/gid/103582791436300092/announcements/detail/164726075949564245 in 2015 and the game is 2 years old.
