Well one character does have a gun, and it's implied that she shoots her opponent with it.
Or the implied child abuse? (Marie Poppo looks like a child... I guess...)
Wow. If this is the case, I'm surprised that I don't force the rating up to M for mature...
the game is rated T for violence, alte uses a gun and marc uses rockets, you clearly see store manager get beaten to a pulp. that is enough to bring game to T rating. however, ESRB is not very consistent... witcher 3 and gta v have Ma ratings for example, when gta sa and hatred have Ao ratings, those two are well in the range for Ao just based on the sex scenes alone. tl;dr, don't trust ESRB.
Yeah, I know. I'm just joking.
This thread made me wonder what PEGI thinks of 100%OJ, but looks like they didn't rate it.
Don't let that limit your decisions though, violent is really not a word I'd use to describe this game. That is, if you exclude the brutally getting murdered by seagulls bit.
That said, I'd say OJ is rated T for intense scenes, since seagulls[mattmarks.files.wordpress.com] are[s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com] pretty[bbs.boingboing.net] nasty[i.redd.it] little[media.giphy.com] buggers[n3b6p5n5.ssl.hwcdn.net].
