Reasoning: This is a negative effect combined with normal characters and no other cards, but what you really want to use it for is the times when the effect will be positive. Useful combos with this would be:
1. Iru: Make her damage-dealing passive before combat begins work against Sherry and neutral enemies, or hope a different character draws this so that you can go first (although your passive won't have an effect in this case). Honestly the least useful of these examples most likely, but I like Iru so I need to mention her first.
2. Tactical Retreat and Shield Counter: Use these cards even when you're the one to initiate combat, and even against neutral enemies. This will be very helpful against bosses, or to safely deal damage to (Shield Counter) or just stay behind (Tactical Retreat) high attack characters with no chance of them fighting back.
3. Tequila: Force enemies to trigger your passive and strike back with the extra attack you get.
4. Robo Ball: Be able to use your hyper in any battle, instead of having to wait for somebody to attack you.

Choose any character including self. For the next chapter(s) they have no passive character ability.
*For example, Someone like Sherry they could use it themselves to be able to attack first in battle if they initiated it. Islay could actually initiate battles. Using it on an enemy Kae before they attack wouldnt let them boost attack off negative defense. Nath wouldnt get stacks off used battle cards. Etc.*
