My guess it's her passive. In Co op heal, it's basically just challenging other players but not really fighting

I believe 200% Mixed Juice confirmed Islay is a girl. And the devs work really close to Orange_Juice, so their word is worth more than a random dude who keeps trolling and pretty much forcing their fake "truth" on everybody.
