The command is /sensitivity. Acceleration is bad because it kills musclememory and every movment speed makes the mosue move different that will destroy your rails. If you are underturning slightly try a very small sensitivity raise, and with the command you can fine tune the dicimal as far as the console will let you, i.e. 3.01102010345.
I recommend a very small change and play a coupple games atleast to get used to it, then change more after do it in steps. always wright down your old sensitivity in case you make it too fast (also a bad thing).
You could also play around with your cg_fov, 120 feels faster movement wise, just a bit hard to aim with the rail with it that high and lg suffers. But movement feels nice.
This is all subjective though, I recently went from a Steelseries Kinzu v2 to a Steelseries Rival, and in doing so I have stopped using acceleration all together, it just feels better with this mouse, my Kana was the same way.
wut there are no Pros in Quakelive at best there are half pros. Pros means u can play for a living like in Dota or LoL.
I disagree.

Why fine tune in the console and not the bar?
if your sensitivity already equates to over 25cm already, and dpi is 400, try one hundredth steps between 0.01 and 0.14
I'd leave the other accel settings at the defaults tbh, except maybe change cl_mouseAccelOffset to 0.
Because if you use console you can fine tune further into the decimal than the bar will let you. I.E. You can set your sensitivity at 2.001 for example.
Mouse acceleration got a bad name when counter strike came out. The mouse acceleration of CS is inconsistent and unreliable and isn't stable when having an inconsistent fps. QL's acceleration works as intended and is not affected by FPS.
Mouse acceleration in general is made to give you the benefits from both worlds. Lower sensitivity when trying to hit someone and higher if you want to quickly turn around. This requires some tweaking.
The people saying it 'destroys' muscle memory are wrong if you configured it right. But if not, it can be a pain to hit people.
QL Mouse acceleration emulation[mouseaccel.blogspot.nl]
Take a look on this site if you want QL mouse acceleration for other games. I recommend this one because you can set an acceleration cap too. So you won't be turning too fast when the acceleration kicks in, like in most games with poor built-in mouse acceleration.
Have a look at the stuff the guy above me posted. I use the interaccel tool for many games, even in CS.
