Massive W, first dlc and it's free

I claimed the ship in the quicksilver synthesis menu but it's not showing up in my list of ships when I go into the X menu? Even though it says "already purchased" in the quicksilver synthesis menu.

i don't get it? dont we get this at the end of the experdition?

With all these special ships, would it be a good time to look into the current 12-ship slot limitation? I was thinking of the fact we can build ships and have many special ships.
Would it be something to either make specials re-redeemable on the same character, or perhaps an 'inactive ship storage' to house many more for your collection?

As much as I could just make a new character to have more ships, but the hassle of managing multiple characters without sharing bases or whatnot didn't appeal to me quite as much.

The ship is really cool and it's absolutely amazing how you guys care so much for your community but I kinda feel beat up on how I spent 10+ hours in the expedition to get starborn runner only for a cooler looking version to release for absolutely free. Anyway, time to put in 100 hours.
