Trident Key?
I was exploring the ocean of an extreme planet and came across an ancient ruin. It was very different than anything I have seen before. I interacted with it and got a story and trident key.
They are not worth much so guessing they can be used in some way.

Anyone seen these before?

I've got one, too. I've not collected any more.

According to the wiki: https://nomanssky.gamepedia.com/Trident_Key
Trident Key is a curiosity required to open a Trident Key (Damaged Component) on Sealed Sea Chests that can be found at Submerged Ruins.

Found one as well. Word on the streets is you use the nautalon to search for the case it unlocks.

You might be able to see underground treasures on your Analysis Visor near the structure. If they are present, one of them will require three Trident Keys to open, and it will grant a proc-gen artifact, potentially with a high monetary value.

I've always found 3 chests near the ruins where you find the trident key - you can open one with the key and (I think) a pearl. Unlike ruins on land where you have 3 keys and 1 chest, but similar 'treasure'. Even found some in ruins on land, near water.
