haha I've gotten it since because I saved the system with "WhiteGoldExotic" in the name. I just had to go back, find a trading post and save/load about 30 times.

I recently got extremely lucky and found one of these in red/black as a crashed ship. Not sure which color scheme I like better! red/black or white/gold.

I found one of those, I think they're the best looking ones and the best color, it's like a pearl white looks awesome with the black bubble and gold trim
Unfortunately any color around it changes it, in the anomaly it looks blue

Yeah, I was lucky and found one of those quite early. "Superguppy", it's nice in practice because if you are running from say enraged sentinels you don't bump into bits that stop you from getting out of there NOW.

Because of your post I went on a quest to get me all white and gold Exos (except for my living ship) it looks cool in the freighter ;)
Edit: Not the living ship, the 5 white and gold exos loll

Just as a heads up, I believe if you stand on the ship they won't leave until you step off. So you can take screenshots without risking them leaving. You can take a screenshot of it without your character showing up in the screenshot if you do it in first-person mode.

This is true. Ships won't take off if you're on them, I've used that to keep a non-exotic ship from leaving while seeing if any better versions of that ship would show up, or if i should buy the one I was standing on. Of course, the fact that you now have to talk to the pilot to buy the ship could give the pilot a chance to get away before you can talk to them if you're not careful.

This ship landed right on my freighter as I was just about to start exotic hunting after finishing my Expedition goals:

I was, deliberately, in a high economy system for the end of my expedition goals. I just didn't expect to find one so easily. Not sure if I'll keep it for the long haul, but I bought it. I also saw (and missed) an exotic early on in the starter system. Didn't have that kinda money that early on.

Better late than never, this is my fleet, I got rid of the living ship and found a second one of the winged hidden thruster pic 6 so...
Pic 3 and the guppy are the only ones with a different emblem
Still looking for a double side thrusters and double long thrusters like pic 2 but with side thrusters
