ESP discount policy is that you wait for a sale that steam does very often

Well not steam but the devs of the game can decide to give out coupons out via steam.

Well yes i don't have games like indie game for 1 buck. I have great games but anyway. It's never simple to decide where to spend money. Games / Clothing. As a gamer i often choose games. But anyway... Why there are no doscount policy except sales?

Developers/Publishers can give out coupons for the game. VALVe cant just give you discount for games they dont own.
