Made too many Appearance Modifiers. How to delete?
Made 5 by mistake. Oops. How can I delete/remove all but one, please?

you open build mode with Z
press C (for menu)
select one of the things you want to remove with the mouse
press X (delete)
highlight the next part, press X, and so on

Thank you ! I had no idea there was a C menu. Another lovely hidden feature. :)

Thank you ! I had no idea there was a C menu. Another lovely hidden feature. :)

It's not hidden... Just read the menu on top of the screen when in construction mode, you'll learn plenty of those "hidden" features :3
