Can't Dismantle

I am trying to remove some mods but I do not know what to click/hold, my mouse does not have a button there..

Having the same issue. I don't have a button where the game is indicating Dismantle to be, middle mouse doesnt seemt to do anything and none of the controls seem to use the same button. How the hell do you dismantle?

not sure but its very annoying

If it shows a button in the middle of the mouse, just press the scroll wheel down, else, just rebind it.

Weird, middle mouse button works just fine for me. Have in mind you have to keep it pressed down.

I'm using a Razer Naga Chroma. I can't rebound because it doesn't show "dismantle" in the controls for either keyboard or control pad so I don't kinks what to rebind; the ones I've tried don't do anything. At the moment I've got a 360 controller plugged in show I just press in R3 when i want to dismantle something, but it would be nice to have a keyboard/mouse button that worked for it.

same problem. using a rat 3 no middle mouse and wheel doesnt count as the middle mouse button. Seems its the only button that cant be remaped well one of a few

The same problem here, I cannot dismantle items, my mouse wheel (which should work as 3rd button) doesn't work, I cannot rebind this key. Shouldn't we report it as a bug?

EDIT: SOLVED! This under-wheel-button was jammed, chiken's video helped (thanks, buddy). Also, remember that you have to hold this button for a 1-2 sec during dismantling. I hope this helps!

guys i have a deathadder and the solution is simple , if you want to bind another key , just use autohotkey , andif you want to fix the mouse itself you gotta open the mouse and , when you see the button that the mouse wheel clicks when pressed , just press it mannually , and hard with a knife , theres a video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCVvqSpAKQ8

You will need to install autohotkey , then when it asks you to type the script just paste this
^g::MButton
now ctrl + g is the bind for the middle mouse button , hope i helped !

No "Mouse3 button" member here.

That has been super annoying for me. Unable to 'destroy' undesired materials in the tiny inventory you have at the begining, the game gets simply unplayable pretty soon...

Basically, if you don't own a mouse with a Mouse3 button, and if you don't own a controller, you are screwd. I am quite sure I could have asked for a refund because of this.

Nowhere it is written you have to have a mouse with a mid-button just to do a basic action (which you can't re-bind because it's not in the menu)

I want to be able to rebind any action to any key without having to use a third party software.
