Transmissions?
I still cannot figure out the patterns to these transmissions you find. I know they lead you to ships because I got lucky and randomly guessed one but I would like to know how to always be able to decode them... if that is even possible.

I found one where you had to multiply by one number higher each time. (2..4..12..48) (2x2) is 4 (4x3) is 12 (12x4) is 48 etc etc..
All the others were simply shift the numbers one spot left or right ( 1234, 2341, 3412, 4123) Just shift the numbers one spot to the left. etc.
