Cant find antimatter

I need it to craft wrapcells but i cant buy it anywhere.
Im scared that it is bugged and that i need to restart, used the preorder ship but i know how to build a hyper drive

Just follow the quest chain step by step. The anti-matter part of the quest told me to buy something on the space station, then scan with my ship in space, which found an npc on a planet, which gave me an anti-matter.

I used the preorder ship after learning hyper drive like you and I got free antimatter on a planet outpost and later blueprint from another one after I jumped to another system.

I never redeemed my preorder ship and still got that event.

In my second system (where I am now) I found that some of the Korvax ships at the space station carry 3 antimatter you can buy. I don't know if this is true for Korvax systems in general. You can also buy them from the Galactic Market if you get lucky. Some people have claimed you can't, but here's my screenshot. This was at an outpost with a landing pad I found using a beacon:

Some of the aliens will occasionally have antimatter for sale in their holds.

If you've chosen to wander freely and then return to accept the atlas path (transmission towers tend to send you back to your starting point until you accept) if you then save and reload game, you should be given the warpdrive recipe when you log back in.

As for the other recipes, scan for planets after warping to a new system and you'll find them there, can be given by npc or take from buildings.

If you can't find antimatter to craft warp cell, you'll usually be given information in the bottom right telling you what to do.

Those spooky abandoned buildings hand out recipes as a reward too so you can make your own.

I redeemed the pre-order ship immediately, and it took about 20 hours later to finally get the antimatter recipe. All of the recipes seem to show up eventually... except for the dang alloys. Still missing at least one. :P

I had the same problem its random. I didn't find the recipe for anit-matter until like 50 hours in.
