Having located all the fauna and a significant portion if not all the flora on this world I believe I am ready to move to the next in this system.

The life on this second world was far less densely populated forcing me to spend a greater time in the pursuit of capturing a scan of each form of fauna on the planet. It took an extra day on world but I did eventually capture the species from this world in my scans. Having completed my scans of the fauna I took a few final looks around and scans of any nearby flora I may have missed before proceeding to the next world in this system.

I finally found a trading post, but by the time I had captured the nearby fauna and enough waypoints to fill my view the day had gone to night. I stand atop the trading post awaiting the rise of a new day on this world so I can take my pictorial scans for comparison after the reality has been altered.
While waiting for day to break I decided to overcharge my jetpack so it would require a period of no additional fueling. After which I attempted to blast into space. I was successful in this as I had been on prior occasions. Today though I felt brave. So I attempted planetary re-entry. Unlike entry in a ship there is no turbulence during the cut-over just a sudden directional shift, which if you're not careful can cause you to bounce right back out of the atmosphere.

Feeling increasingly emboldened by trip out of the atmosphere and back I decided to see what an impact landing would do to the quality of my life and shields. I was rather impressed with the strength of the shielding of my exosuit which survived an extra planetary landing with only a small drop in shield strength.

Now that day has arrived on this world I shall capture some pictures and move to the next.

Now having gathered the lifeforms identifiable within these worlds I've returned to the Space Station and I am preparing the reality distortion matrix.

So the experiment begins in earnest as I prepare to launch into an alternate version of reality. Hopefully the knowledge I send back will be seen by others. If all goes well I should arrive at the Space Station unchanged but the worlds around may be different.
My initial launch from the Space Station had discouraged my enthusiasm as the first few worlds I looked to showed their status as discovered and their names as I had left in the original reality.
It wasn't until I turned my starship toward where I should find 'Jeygenlinfe PRIME' that I knew the experiment was a success.
Before my starship were 4 planets I had already discovered, and a fifth claiming to be undiscovered. I rechecked my data several times. 'Jeygenlinfe PRIME', Weather: Clear, Sentinels: Typical, Flora: Devoid, Fauna: Barren, 6 Discovered Waypoints, 5 Discovered Flora.

I was ready. I'd do a quick cursory touch-down on each of the nearby planets that would show as already discovered. I've a strong sense that they will be unchanged in this reality.
I did a quick touch-down on 'Ibiraetskaza PRIME' listed as previously discovered, and few quick scans saw nothing changed. As I found no changes I moved on.

The second planet revealed changed flora, and alternate fauna branches of some existing species. This was an incredible sight into parallel evolutionary patterns. Some of the most common flora that appear as normally only one species to a world had a second version. A clear sign of an altered reality matrix in effect even though the planet's designation had not changed.

I must visit all the worlds of this system and do as thorough a categorization as possible. Apparently the variance in reality matrix determines the level at which the universal catalog interface accepts items to be the same or not. This will prove most interesting.
My return to 'Ibiraetskaza PRIME' met with much the same results as my first time on the planet after the the reality matrix was altered. I did find a few more flora, but given they were distinct enough, they may have been natural missed variants from the prior reality.
Since I feel I had already done a reasonable re-catalogue of 'Hiuccionaw Ehirs PRIME' I decided to move to the 4th world I had visited in the PRIME universe. I would leave the completely undiscovered version of the 3rd world alone for now.
Arriving on the 4th world ('Halaupptakmo PRIME') there was not the slightest change noted in the flora and no fauna. This world was indeed rather much like the one from the PRIME verse. I did some searching but did not stay overly long.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761481240
Moving on to the 5th world ('Yenneleeuwe PRIME') showed it to also be just as dead and barren as it was in the PRIME verse.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761481297
Apparently the catalog interface does not like the reported data of my findings on 'Jeygenlinfe ARE1-EB'. It ignored my landing data of "Nuclear Planet, Weather: Radioactivity, Sentinels: Typical, Flora: Fair, Fauna: Sparse". It has instead used the data from 'Jeygenlinfe PRIME' as "Weather: Clear, Sentinels: Typical, Flora: Devoid, Fauna: Barren".

Using the teleportation technology[nomansskymods.com] provided by 'cubfuzzy' I decided to move from my initial touchdown point on 'Jeygenlinfe ARE1-EB' to the Trading Post location from 'Jeygenlinfe PRIME'.
I found myself falling to the planetary surface with my ship floating high above in the air. The interesting bit, I was falling to an undiscovered trading post in the same location as the one from the PRIME verse just offset in height due to the changed geography of this verse's version of the world.

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761493809
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761493824
This discovery was most interesting as it provides the locational references are independent of the planetary geology other than final positioning. Amazing how universes can diverge and join again.
Obviously this would not do, so I also created a set of coordinates within the teleportation storage that would allow me to have my ship and person at this version's trading post. I must note to be careful though as using these coordinates in the PRIME verse will likely have my materialization be beneath the surface of the world.

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761495411
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761495437
I discovered an incredible number of Flora differences around the trading post in a very short amount of time. This experiment was proving to be most interesting. However, I had not yet seen any of the fauna this alternate reality supposedly contained.
Another item of note is that while the categorization system did make a new entry for this alternate world, all new flora were being added to the PRIME catalog. Further, the new world cannot even be selected. It as though the interface rejects the reality of that world beyond accepting it exists. Instead choosing to attribute all discoveries as though they come from the PRIME version of that world.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761496938
Then I found it, life, fauna of this verse, completely non-existent in the PRIME verse. A mean flightless goat-like creature with large wings. Something along the lines of what one would expect if an Ostrich, a Goat, and a giant butterfly were thrown in the genetic blender. My scanner grabbed shot of the creature. The data was accepted. The creature was added to the knowledge store for the primary version of the world.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761497537
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761497563
The data was partially ignored. The catalog system recognized the information as a life form, but absolutely rejected the viability of choosing to list the Gender, Temperament, Diet, Weight, and Height as blank.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761497583
This was indeed interesting. So the catalog system is willing to acknowledge life from other verses, but unwilling to accept their parameter data.
--
Further, I found the nearest place to make a waypoint. In the PRIME verse this was 'Punkt Wastes' in this altered reality the facility was there, but the name had changed just slightly to match more closely the terrain of this world into 'Punkt Flats'.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761499318
I wonder what new visitors to this system will find in their data journals. Perhaps after I publish the coordinates of this system some will report. For now I shall continue my catalog of this world.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761499378
I did it, I found another form of life. I also managed to catch my scanner's readout. This was the 2nd of 9 life forms on this altered version of the world.

The uploads were all accepted to the universal data storage system with the notes above.
Some more notes about my experiments here. My interactions at 'Ilbanks Crater' in the PRIME verse appear to prevent my use of the terminals here at 'Ilbanks Badlands' in the ARE1-EB verse. So much as there are shared positions for core structures those shared structures appear to across reality remember integration states.
After heading back to the space station I reached into the PCBanks and found the EB algorithms that had been injected. I removed those and replaced them with the ones from the WL25BP data. I did not take the changes to the wildlife as I wanted this to be only a reality alteration not a biology alteration. I then began my journey into the ARE1-BP verse.
A quick pop into this version of reality indicated that the matrix must be similar in some degree more to EB than PRIME as the same 4 worlds were still PRIME, and 'Jeygenlinfe ARE1-EB' was the odd world. Removing any reality alteration matrix restores ''Jeygenlinfe PRIME' and removes 'Jeygenlinfe ARE1-EB' from the system. No matter what, the uploaded data appears to remain.
I will do some planetary landings and scans for new or changed life later.
