Change "primary" spaceship?

Once I scrap the ship, I always get the same ship out of my inventory that populates in it's place at the space station. Even if that wasn't the last ship I've used or the one I've used most lately, it's always this one particular ship of mine that populates. Is there any way to change your "primary" starship so whenever you scrap one it's that one that populates on the space station?

Isn´t that in the menu? Press X, then select "SummonVehicle" and "SelectOtherShip".

You can do that out in the world for sure but I'm talking about something different - specifically when you scrap a ship at a space station. The game always brings in a specific ship to replace the scrapped one even if it wasn't the one I was most recently piloting. It's like that ship occupies a specific slot in the game as a default or primary.

Wouldn't that be a ship that replaced your very first one, perchance?

Well, that's a good thought but I don't have my first ship anymore. I've swapped ships completely several times.
