Getting rid of frigates
Is there a way to get rid of frigates? I have a few that I don't want.:steamhappy:

That used to be the way, ages ago, but it was disabled because people managed to delete frigates by accident. Yes, people managed to hold down the delete button long enough to accidentally delete their fleets. Multiple times!

The only in game way to delete frigates was to keep sending them out on combat missions woefully under-equipped, and try to get them blown up.

Delete frigate at fleet console was re-enabled a few versions ago.

I think so. If I'm not mistaken, if you interact with the fleet management computer, you can get rid of them.

When you have like 30 (maxed). AFAIK you can trade ur old one into new one when maxed, so it says not to buy but trade in your old? Because you cannot buy new without deleting old one.
As soon as I maxed out the number of frigates I stopped getting offers to purchase new ones. Are you sure?

As far as I know the only way to get rid of them is to delete them using a NMS Save Editor (but that's a cheat :)
