Does plain old water not fall from the skies of at least a few worlds in this universe?
At first it was just a nice balmy 200F, and then the first storm hit and the temperature skyrocketed to 600F. When the storm was over, I was given about 30 to 60 seconds of 200F before the next storm came in. Seemed like there were more storms on the planet than not, and then it was like every planet I landed on afterwards was just extreme conditions to extreme storms, until I landed on an airless planet...which seemed like heaven after all the hell/cold/radioactive storms I had to endure.
