Economy and Conflict Scanner, where do i get them?!

Ok, i know i can purchase them in a Gek System. But... i visited so many Gek Systems but no1 has it. When do the sell it? After a specific Event or if im at a specific Level with the Deks?! Any help is welcome! =)

If you're not high enough level you'll still see it. It's all rng so it's entirely possible you're just having bad luck.

Just to be sure, you know there's 2 pages of stuff to buy right?

It might show from your freighter of your current ship has it installed. I seem to remember seeing something about that, but I don't use my freighter to warp so I'm not sure.

yes if i open the galaxy map in my freighter i see the entries to the left. so i think it shows it too. otherwise the entries shouldnt be there. or its a bug...
