Edit: Oh and I got my Warp Reactor from Nada/Polo
Sorry, Nada/Polo? what is that? :)
Actually i thought you getting beta, sigma, eta tau, etc for same module but you are saying they give same blueprints? Sad.. :/
I have noticed this too. This has to be coded, cause there is no way RNG is going to constantly give the same blueprints. This is one of 1.2 "features", that really annoys me.
Edit: I know they want us to use the nannite sales system, but we should still be able to locate all the pre-patch blueprints the old way, talking to NPCs and ruins, etc.
Thats actually in the patchnotes for 1.2, tho most people missed it. "Reduced blueprint reward pool" or something of that nature. I think rng now only picks Sigma-level blueprints for interaction rewards (save a few specific exceptions that bypass rng like polo) so as to force us to buy the higher level stuff with nanites.
So an interaction that picks from the pool of 'enviromental protection suit upgrades' will have a very limited pool of Sigma upgrades to choose from, and so forth, thus all the repeated bps.
Because I have only seen "+1" upgrades, I guess you will never find the Tau and Theta in any ships, only the Sigma. Also it would be of no significance, because you cannot transfer them, it's a difference if you see them or are able to build them.
polo just give me a atlas v1 pass blueprint
Huuh, how did you necro this one ?! All this works differently now. Go visit a Gek station and the Gek vendor.
I've visited half a dozen Gek stations and none of the Gek vendors have had any warp reactor blueprints of any kind.
So far I found one upgraded warp reactor (sigma iirc) and it was on a crashed ship that was way way WAAAAAAY crappier than my current ship so I had to leave it behind.
Bad RNG. Go on trying the Gek vendors and chose some wealthy systems maybe.
