you should be able to look at your screenshots in 'Content' if you click on your name at the top of Steam. you can also get to them if you pick 'Screenshots' under 'View' and there is a button there that will show you the location on your disk where they are.

Empty =), because overlay steam is off. I thought that the photo mode should save the screenshots in a separate folder.

I mean in your Computer's OS libraries. Go look in the images folder, there must be a NMS folder.
Search for a folder 'no man's sky' and u find it quickly.

I figured it out.
Photo mode works only with the overlay Steam.

On my Windows 10 system, it's

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\166004865\760\remote\275850\screenshots"

The numbers in the path will vary on different PCs, but start at the userdata directory in File Explorer and explore under that directory to find your NMS images.

If Steam overlay will be off - this location will be empty or new screenshots will be not added =)

A faster way to locate the screenshot folder is from within Steam:
View > Screenshots
Select NMS from the drop down and click the Show On Disk button at the bottom of the window.
