Switch Multiplayer

My brother just got the switch version so we could play together, because everywhere I checked, it said we could crossplay! Then soon after ordering, I figure out there is no multiplayer. But its too late. My brother can't run this on his PC, and we don't have Xbox. Is there absolutely anyway to play multiplayer? At all?

Switch does not have multiplayer. That is not likely to change.

If you have not installed the game on switch then I suggest you check switch refund policies.

We downloaded off of nintendo.com. Also either way this is the only way he can play. Also Also, we don't have steamdeck or xbox, or PS5.

I originally played No Man's Sky on Switch, then when I sat up my PC and Steam Account, I bought No Man's Sky on Steam for Multiplayer since the Switch version didn't have it. I doubt the Switch version would have Multiplayer since the hardware is too weak, unfortunately. Maybe the Switch 2 would have powerful enough hardware to run Multiplayer in No Man's Sky.

It says right on Nintendo's page that it's single player only. In bold red font. Near the top.
