Assuming it could be done, It would almost have to work like the stations ones so it would be a different menu of items depending on where you called it. Each player would have a unique selection.
This could make for some odd circumstances for MP players and it would not take long for players to figure out how to abuse it with gifting.
The reason is because the anomoly is not actually where it shows it is. It's in its own instance. This is why you can enter the space anomaly from system A, and another person can enter it from system B yet System A and System B aren't even in the same galaxy, let alone the same region, or solar system.
