Settlement Impact/Improve solar system economy

I have been thinking, since settlement is all about production.

Perhaps it could be interesting that if the settlement reach a certain point, such as class, and maybe how much production it generate. that settlement could impact the overhaul economy value of the solar system. (I'm talking about trade goods, not crafting goods)

Perhaps building certain infrastucture withing the settlement could improve (or decrease) the production of certain trade goods.

A good settlement could improve a poor economic solar system from 1 star all the way to 3 stars rating. Improve the amount of available goods for purchase. The player can then stockpile those trading goods (from trade posts or trade terminals), then warp out in search of an another solar system that want those goods !
