Can't repair frigate

Hello everyone
I can't repair the frigates. I'm teleporting on the ship, talking with the cap but he doesen't say anything about damages. Around on the ship, I can't interact with anything.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I am having the exact same issue:

I have tried many things:

1. Teleport to frigate.
2. Fly to frigate.
3. Use spaceship to warp. Call freighter and frigate to new location. Do #1 again. Do #2 again.
4. Restart game. Reboot console. Turn it on and off again. Etc.

All that ever happens, if anything, is that the Captain of the frigate will pop up and say, "Here are some credits" or something like that, and then nothing. No repair mission, no ask to repair, no comment on repair whatsoever. I then run around the ship looking for any damage and don't see anything.
