Black pixelated sky forms when using inventory and other menus since Worlds Part II

This isn't a game breaking bug but it is rather annoying to have my game form a bleeding black pixelated sky when delving into my menus. It also occurs when using refiners, power sources and even when talking to NPCs the background turns black.

Same here. Changing my graphical settings seemed to fix it for a while, but now the big black blob takes over my screen no matter what. AMD Radeon RX 7600.

It's happening on all GPU's I think it's a bug with the bocca effect blur you're supposed to get when you start conversations or go into your inventory.

Two of the latest patches do NOT fix the issue. Maybe on the next one.

same issue, NPC's no longer have the issue but using something like the refiner gives the dreaded "paint program" black fill. 7800XT
