Fishing helmets are not available on other saves

[Ever Changing Limbo]

I make jellyfish milestone on my permadeath mode save, the helmet from selling fish on the normal mode save. In result my jellyfish skin isn't available on normal and if I release and kill jelly I still can't get this skin. Don't matter how many jellyes I kill. The same for the permadeath: I sold so many fish and can't get the skin what rewarded for it. The titles are available btw.
