Missing part after salvage analysis

Just picked up a fighter and began salvage analysis breaking into parts. I had option between hull, left wing, right wing. I chose left wing and did not get a part but ship is gone. Any support or tips here would be helpful! Has no issue with cockpit salvage previously

Bought some ships today to salvage them and 3 out of 10 dont granted me any item. Pretty sad actually. Was trying to get a nice collection of parts to build some cool S class ships but like this its just wasting money when you are unlucky.
