Found none so far in nexus... damnit this is the first time i encounter such a show stopper in this game.
I've also seen it on distress beacons: the npc spawned inside indestructible hill (probably volcano, can't remember for sure).
It's not what I'd call 'tolerable'. Especially when it was my first settlement, and I had no idea that it wasn't meant to be that way. Thought that erupting volcano was part of the 'crisis' until I looked it up.
Still, as it was my first ever settlement right after Frontiers came, I managed to max it out before devs patched those missing terminals. That's right, you can max out your settlement's stats solely by making enough choices on events. After all, buildings on a settlement can't amount to 1kk produciton, no maintenance cost and 100% happiness, let alone 200 settlers in it.
Can't say a settlement having a volcano in it wouldn't look cool... would be annoyingly loud, but cool.
Holy s**t i didn't know that. You have NO idea what great news you just gave me. I thought my progress in the settlement would be stuck indefinitely. Thank you.
