Broken Mission: Base Computer Archives and help appreciated.

My mission "Base Computer Archives" is telling me to go and collect newly recovered data and the mission marker points to 5 bases all in the same system (my home base build here) I have traveled several times over 3 days now to all the bases and when I access the base computer there is no option to recover data (like before) It appears the mission is stuck/glitched. Is there are way to reset this? I've tried building new bases and uploading bases but nothing has fixed this.

Go to the logs tab, there you will see your missions. Select the mission you want, in this case Base Computer Archives. Hold down your middle mouse button. This will reset the mission. This should correct the problem.

Drat, nothing happened when I held down the middle mouse button. I saved and reloaded to check again , no luck. Reset did not seem to happen.

When you reach each base, set the archive mission to active. You will either see an icon over the base computer or it is the wrong base. I had a similar issue for a bit, but fortunately I only had two bases on the planet. This worked for me.

I'll hop around again but I only have 6 bases in that system and I've visited them all several times.

I thought there was a limit of five bases to a system...but maybe they changed that. I know there used to be a limit on bases but they changed it to parts allowed.

When you uploaded a base, did you quit out and reload the save? That worked for me to set the "missions base". It was in a completely different system and I found a better planet so I wanted to make the change. It did not update until I came back into the game the next time I played.
