Seeing foreign language notifications in Group / Nexus

When player is running different language NMS client, other players are seeing that players language as a notifications. During discoveries, starting missions, entering Nexus, etc..

This also causes some encoding issues, as not every system has such language pack installed - missing fonts.

Master client should respect the language that the client has set.
