Mind-Arc Quest Bug Upon Turn in to Artemis?

I received the quest to build the Mind-Arc.

Today, the quest text only told me to go to a Holo-Terminus. Somehow, the Mind-Arc objective was not showing up. I built it anyway because I still had the blueprint.

When I went back to the Holo Terminus, I had to repeat the Mind Arc convo with Apollo. I accept the next phase of quest. It tells me to build Mind Arc. I already have Mind Arc in inventory.

When I speak to Artemis, it zooms in on her face for Dialogue. She makes noise and her face is animated like speaking, but no text box or options appear. The game basically gets stuck at this point.

I tried quitting and redoing this, but it just bugged again.

Anyone know a awy around this?

I have this same issue. Did you find a work around?

I'm currently having the same issue. I'm trying to find new planets to try it on, but each time it's bugged. I can't progress anymore on that storyline
