mouse scrolling through build menu SUUUUXXXX

Something is up here. Its super slow to scroll the menus when building. No matter how many lines I add to my mouse wheel scroll (messing up using my mouse for any normal app like a web browser). You cannot use the down button to scroll either. Also arrow keys won't scroll. Also grabbing the scroll bar on the right with the mouse and dragging it down does nothing.

This thing is a huge pain. Please fix it. I can't play with this as it is. It kinda ruins building anything of size. Anyways.

You can use the keyboard instead of mouse scrolling. A/D for right left W/S for up/down.

Wow, I'm resurrecting an old thread here, I know. But geesh, after 600+ hours in the game, I finally bothered to look this mayor annoying issue up and look for a fix. Today I learned you can use the W and S keys to scroll, thanks!

But it would be nice if Hello Games just fixed the damn mouse scrolling issue.

I really like games like RDR2 which allow you to left-click and drag some menus; even better if they have inertia so that you can flick them. I really dislike having to repeatedly scroll with the wheel, especially if the devs chose an obnoxiously slow response rate to the inputs.

I think using something like X-mouse and having a per-game calibration of the wheel could be a workaround though.
