Running super slow?

I think it might be my computer. But im running it at lowest graphic settings and its running incredibly slow. The only thing is my computer runs other games at high graphics just fine. Anyone else having trouble with this?

I can run Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 at full tilt on my PC, but this game is killing it with the stutter and slow down.

Yeah, game is really slow, looks great, but slow, I've lowered settings, fixed settings, as well.

I went to setting ingame and put 60FPS. Its been a buttery smooth experience for me at least. I'll admit when I started it was chugging for a bit but stabilized overtime its weird but I'm still having fun. I clocked in an hour so far.

performance is mediocre for me on gtx 970 and i7-4790, cpu tends to be a big bottleneck despite it being an i7. min spec is a gtx 480. thats a very powerful card. in terms of more recent hardware, you'll need a desktop gtx 660 (or better) to be on par with that for min spec.

I'm having awful performance on i7-6700k gtx 970. And it's just a joke. They are having a laugh. First game I have had problems with on this rig for over a year. And I play everything. EVERYTHING!

same witcher 3 ultra, but this one 30 fps and it stutters :D

Same here GTX 970 and it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slide show. We tear into WB for releasing Batman Knight in this state, and I hope these guys are called out for the same bull.

I just love how when you have a nerve racking issue with a game, your thread gets buried under trollish threads and you then see another thread thriving with conversation on the ONLY problem you've had with the game.

Same here, I use a i7-4770 @ 3.4GHz, 16GB Ram, GTX 645, Windows 10.
The game is too slow, like 5 fps or less.
I can run any other game in my computer, but this game is a shame. It's like a have no graphic card instaled.
It's configuret to medium, but I have set to low and lowered resolution but no change.
I don't know what to do!!!

Happens to me to, I dont run anything awfully intensive on my laptop so I'm not sure if it is my laptop or not. I mean the games i DO run i run on high and they're fine but this one even on low settings its like pulling teeth;

*Here is a fix that works for me*

*My problem* The game runs fine for awhile and then will randomly slow down to a crawl.

In task manager there is a "InstallShield update service" that starts using a lot of CPU the same time the game loses its smooth frame rate.

*The FIX* First make sure No Man's Sky is in borderless so you can alt tab without needing to close the game. End task on "InstallShield update service" and the game starts to run smooth again. "for me anyway"

Playing fine for me. 8 gig ram, i5, GTX950M. It's a lower-end MSi gaming laptop. And the game plays and looks awesome for me.
