and NMS is on an SSD.

gtx1070
8gb ram
ssd and win 10, all updated
Played for an hour and quit. Screens went black again and all I did was unplug my monitor's display port cable from my GPU then plugged it back in. Screens went back to normal, it is a pain in the butt to have to do that everytime hopefully it is patched sometime soon.
*Again* drivers on my GTX 1080 FTW is updated and nothing is showing in my event viewer about a display driver crashing so I'm not sure what is causing this issue.
I tried borderless but it did not help. I am guessing it is related to GTX1000-series drivers and/or some display port weirdness. Hopefully they'll figure it out soon.
Do you have displayport?
I patched the game and updated the drivers again and the problem seemed to have disappeared, but unfortunately it reappeared the next time I quit the game.
i7-6700K
GTX-1080 MSI
32 GB ram
SSD
Monitor: Asus PG348Q
I have no clue why the screen blacked out. Really annoying though. I assume it's something with the graphic card support. But if you are also using an 21:9 3440*1440 monitor. That monitor might be the source then. Anyway, if you find a solution, let me know. :)
i7-4770K
GTX 780Ti EVGA
16GB RAM
OS on SSD, game on HDD
Monitor: BENQ XL2411 (1920x1080)
So I think it is some engine failure at shutdown :(
Look at my pc stats and you are going to see that it's not the 1080 ;)
