Glad to hear. I saw it was much worse on AMD cards for a few people.
but if im not completly messed up allready i think there is way more tearing now?!
-Changed XML file to Fullscreen "False" and Window mode "Borderless" (For alt+tabbing and dual screen setup.
-Set FPS to Max
-Set V-sync Off in game (Maxxed everything else out)
-Changed FOV to 120 (Individual choice)
-Set Open GL triple buffering to ON in control center.
-Set V-Sync to ON in CC
- Set AF to 16x in CC
-Disabled Shader Cache in CC
-Set priority of NMS.EXE in TM to Normal.

what an amazing end of this desaster start :)
but if you imagine they might just screwed it up by having very ugly default settings like vsync default on, fps limited, gsync enabled etc... i mean.... just think about what would it have changed... well anyways have fun with the game all!
to sum it up:
biggest improvements were to disable gsync (manually in config), disable ingame vsync, set fps limit to max, set vsync on via extern control panel and enable tripple buffer. the shader buffer thing might only work well with nvidia cards as i encountered strange texture problems when having it off! sidenote: nvidia and amd also released beta driver, which you can also try!
I saw that too, Haven't tried it as yet because games fine now after the tweaking. Worth a try for those still experiencing issues.
