Cannot delete items, no middle click! Any help?

My mouse has no functioning middle click and in controls I cannot reassign the "discard item" command because its not an option. How do I get this to be something else? Or do I need to buy a mouse with a freaking middle click?

Perhaps there is a third-party program that can trick it into thinking my extra mouse button is mouse button 3?

I have the Corsair m65 RGB and my scroll wheel clicks as middle mouse and it's doing nothing for me. Attempting to remap the middle click to the forward button the mouse (in CUE) doesn't seem to work either... ugh

HG is a joke. You have to let people remap every bind in PC games. This is inexcusable.

Same problem for me with my Logitech MX 5500 Mouse. I can assign different functions to my mouse wheel click via set point but none of them let me destroy items.

Same issue for me, I think they haven't thought about all those with gaming mouse (Most of us?) and the lack of Mouse3, at least on my Roccat Tyon AFAIK.

I think I will try to make a script fix with AutoHotKey, if succesful I will post it on steam guys.

haha jk, (well not really) check in all the start settings. There has to be a binding section. if all else fails, look in game folder (BACK UP GAME FILES FIRST) nomansky-binaries-settings-TKGAMESETTINGS.MXML. Now once inside i cant help you, or really tell you if the key mapping you are looking for is in folder, this is were you have to read through everything and google the code names to find what you are looking for. Wish i could be more help

FYI if you have a xbox/ps/pc controler for comp, use that to delete items. I use a xbox controler (yes i know i am a dirty dirty boy) for most my games, and NMS will let you use keyboard/mouse in conjunction with controller. Just a thought

I have the same problem. Here's what worked for me:
I held down my left mouse button and the scroll wheel at the same time until the selection circle turned red. Success!!
