Depending on your WIndows if its 32 or 64 bit pick either:
windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe - This application installs Sp1 to a 32-bit machine running Windows 7.
windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe - This application installs Sp1 to a 64-bit machine running Windows 7

Right click No Man's Sky > Select the Beta tab at the top of the window > Click the pull down box to select Experimental build > Type "3xperiment" into the box bellow as the password > Click the box to the right to verify and you should be set.

I already tried the experimental patch does not work I still have the same error the game is just open the application attempts to prepare the application steam to start the game and closes stops working

yea, experimental doesnt help in this case

Are you using an AMD Phenom (or maybe an early Athlon)? If so try opting into the Experimental build and see if the downgrade they have had to implement fixes the problem for you.

If not then you've got some thing else happening. Try manually installing the pre-req software in the ~Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\_CommonRedist\vcredist. Should be two VC runtimes in there --- 2010 & 2013.
